Thankful November

I have been meaning to post this recap for awhile but I learned something in December, the Holidays go even faster with a kid. In November, I participated in the daily thankful posts on facebook. This meant that each day I posted something I was thankful for at that moment. Since I doubt I will be on FB forever, I have decided to post a recap on here. (So if you are my friend there, you can stop reading now because you have seen all this before)
Day 1 - I am thankful for my son. This time last year I wasn't sure I would ever have him.
Day 2 - Today (and everyday) I am thankful for my mom. She has done so much for us this past 5 months. I will never be able to repay her or thank her enough.
Day 3 - I am thankful for my phone. Being able to call/text/browse the Internet all with one hand is great. Plus it means I am connected almost everywhere I go.
Day 4 (a little late) - I am thankful for the baby swing and it's ability to make Alexander happy.
Day 5 - I am thankful to Brian and Courtney for loaning us the above mentioned swing (plus for being great friends).
Day 6 - I am thankful for my mother in law. She is watching Alexander so I can enjoy our tickets.
Day 7 - I'm thankful for maternity leave and getting to spend time with my son.
Day 8 - I'm thankful for my husband and all the thoughtful things he does.
Day 9 - I am thankful for Amazon. They make shopping easy and convenient.
Day 10 - I am thankful for my girls and the fact that we are there for each other always!
Day 11 - I am thankful for our military and all they do and give up for us, especially for my brother in law and sister in law.
Day 12 - I am thankful for the nice weather today. We got one more fire in with the neighbors before it got to cold for Alexander
Day 13: Thankful for...  

Day 14 - Thankful for video cameras that allowed me to see Alexander while at work yesterday.
Day 15 - Thankful for blankets. It's great to wrap up in them on a chilly night.
Day 16 - Thankful for my work friends who help keep me sane.
Day 17 - Thankful for RB because it is responsible for my great friends and has been a great source of advice, humor, and entertainment.
Day 18 - I am thankful for my dogs and the fact they get along with the baby. Hope can even "find the baby".
Day 19 - I am thankful for the weather today. We were able to get one more family walk in.
Day 20 - Thankful we came to an agreement on a nickname. AJ it is!
Day 21 - Thankful for pumpkin lattes. Perfect on a cold morning.
Day 22 - Thankful for Good Sales!
Day 23 - Thankful for leaving at 4!
Day 24 - Thankful for family both close and far.
Day 25 - Thankful for my crazy girlfriends (Audrey, Allie, Brandy, and Beth) who kept me company while BF shopping. It wouldn't be fun without them.
Day 26 - Thankful for a lazy Saturday evening just hanging with the fam.
Day 27 - Thankful for hand warmers!
Day 28 - Thankful for DVR's because without it I would have to watch commercials. Plus my show list would be a lot shorter (although admittedly it probably should be).
Day 29 - I am thankful for my husband and the great dad he is.
Day 30 - I am thankful for baby smiles in the morning (even if he's stubborn and stops for the camera).

If you made it through this post, I am going to reward you with the above mentioned baby smile.  He has finally stopped hiding it from the camera (or at least from his Aunt Claire and Aunt Kate's).
